Driving Reverse Inclusive Growth for Children and Youth-Zimbabwe
We inspire young people of all abilities to rise beyond barriers, embrace learning, and lead the way toward a truly inclusive tomorrow.
WHO WE ARE?
Zimbabwe Anti-Bullying Society (ZABS) is a registered Private Voluntary organization (PVO) whose main objective is to combat stigma, bullying, marginalization and exclusion of children and youth living with disabilities in vulnerable communities in Zimbabwe.
IDEOLOGY
At ZABS, we believe that disability is not a weakness, it’s part of the beautiful diversity of humanity. Bullying, stigma, and exclusion have no place in a caring society. We dream of communities where children and youth with disabilities learn, play, and grow together with their non-disabled peers,as equals, friends, and leaders.
MISSION
To combat stigma, bullying, abuse, marginalization and exclusion of children and youths with disabilities by building reverse inclusive schools, assistive technology access hubs, and holistic empowerment programs that nurture strength, courage, and hope.
VISION
A Zimbabwe where disability is not seen as a curse or burden, but as a different ability. A nation where stigma, bullying, and exclusion are replaced with dignity, belonging, and opportunity.
